Clos Ste Magdeleine Description
The heart of my production range, this white wine represents the very essence of Cassis, its geology, its terroirs and its traditional winemaking methods. Produced with indigenous yeasts, and bottled without fining or filtration, it fully expresses the terroir from which it comes.
Composed of 4 grape varieties, this blended wine offers a full, fresh and finely saline mouth. Its minerality and fine bitterness will allow it to accompany a meal around Mediterranean fish, and also to age for a few years in the cellar.
