Great Sage Description
The 2020 Great Sage Cabernet Sauvignon Napa is crafted from small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon from mountain and hillside vineyards in Northern Napa Valley. It is aged in caves in 100% French oak for two years and bottled unfiltered to retain its natural character. In the palate the wine offers soft and supple tannins supported by a firm hillside backbone. It is a wine that could easily age for more than a decade. It has aromas of ripe blackberries and blackcurrants. The palate showcases dark fruits interwoven with notes of mocha and spice. Only 510 cases of this wine were produced.
