Customer Satisfaction is most important to the entire staff at Central Wine Merchants. Should we make a mistake in fulfilling your order please let us know. If order is sent incorrectly we will incur all costs in sending a replacement package and picking up the incorrect.

We are also happy to replace/credit any corked wines that you purchase from us. We will need the original bottle with contents and cork shipped back to us. Once we receive the corked wine and inspect, we can send a replacement if possible or a merchandise credit. However, we cannot issue credit on corked bottles after six months from their original purchase date.
